Jay, a Southern California native, made New York City (and for a time, The Netherlands) his home for the better part of the last 20 years. Being an avid skier, hiker and all-around outdoorsman, however, he eventually came to the that it was time to leave the city in favor of greener pastures....literally.  As a result, Jay, Amy and (dog) 'Chispa' chose to invest (and immerse) themselves in beautiful Vermont.  Note: Now Chispa has a brother, 'Mambo'

With a background in business, entertainment, marketing, media and technology, he has spent most of his professional life working in the international music and publishing industries; serving both on the business and creative sides. In addition to his current work in real estate, Jay continues to provide marketing and management consulting to a number of clients. When not involved in his professional pursuits, he can usually be found working on his property, enjoying the Vermont outdoors, playing the drums, flying planes or working in his home pottery studio.

Our marketing campaigns are tailor made to specifically target the Buyer categories most likely to be ready, willing and able to purchase your property in the shortest period of time. A typical marketing campaign will include many of the elements listed below:

1) Listing in The Northern New England Real Estate Network (NNEREN) MLS guarantees maximum coverage and participation from other brokers around the region and the country.

2) Internet Marketing:
     a. I am one of only a few Realtors in the area that has been certified by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as an e-PRO.
     b. Featured listings on www.MountainLandings.com complete with custom Online Virtual Tour and supporting Internet advertising.
     c. Featured listing on the Mad River Real Estate website.
     d. Email marketing to all Mad River Real Estate clients and customers.

3) Traditional Marketing
     a. Display print advertising in appropriate local, regional and/or national publications.
